About the Role:
Join the Saraya USA family as a Part-time Customer Service Associate/Front Desk Coordinator, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and deliveries. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, managing our storefront, and supporting our eCommerce and retail channels. With your excellent communication and organizational skills, you'll create meaningful interactions and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support
- Greet visitors/contractors and assist with the sign-in process.
- Manage incoming deliveries and ensure proper handling.
Customer Service
- Assist in responding to phone, email, and online inquiries with care and efficiency.
- Address customer concerns related to billing, orders, products, and general questions.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, to improve customer engagement.
Storefront Operations
- Run our storefront, assisting customers with purchases and inquiries.
- Keep the store well-stocked, clean, and organized.
Additional Support
- Assist with offsite marketing and sales events, such as expos and trade shows as needed.
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Bilingual preferred. (Spanish)
- Proven customer service skills and a dedication to providing positive experiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
Work Schedule:
- There will be 2 available schedules for two part-time workers to cover the full Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift while staying within part-time hours (typically around 25-30 hours per week).
Pay:
$18 per hour
