What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Custodian position at Lake Auto Group?
According to our customers, we have the cleanest dealerships around, and we are very proud of them! We are looking for an experienced Janitor/Custodian that is able to work with little supervision and takes pride in a job well done!
Responsibilities:
- Keep entire dealership in a clean and orderly condition
- Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen areas
- Empty trash and garbage containers
- Perform exterior maintenance including snow removal, minor landscaping, window washing, painting, trash removal
- Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities
- Other cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred
- Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eagerness to improve
- Reliable and punctual for daily work shift
