What are the responsibilities and job description for the AVP, Operations Business Analyst Officer position at Lake City Bank?
Do you have a broad knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures excellent communication skills and the ability to review and improve process workflows? As an AVP, Operations Business Analyst Officer in Warsaw, IN you will:
Provide leadership and support of projects that drive operations changes to improve efficiency, respond to regulatory changes, and implement new products.
Collaborate with various departments to develop, test, and maintain workflows.
Assist in the recommendation of new and/or revised operational procedures to accommodate workflow.
Assist in the coordination of workflow and supports in the facilitation of conversions, acquisitions, product enhancements, and compliance related projects.
Required Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5+ years of bank operations or project management experience.
Broad knowledge of bank operations policies and procedures and how they are related to other areas of the bank.
Strong personal computer skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Advanced knowledge of Visio, Data Prep, database, or sequel preferred.
