🔹 Execute high-quality waterproofing for commercial storefronts & wet glazing IGUs for residential steel-frame windows.
🔹 Take full ownership of projects from start to finish—on time & within budget.
🔹 Lead and mentor others periodically, ensuring productivity & skill growth.
🔹 Document job details & upload progress photos—accuracy matters!

💰 Compensation & Perks:
💵 $20 per hr & OT pay (time and a half!)
