Realtor/Property Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Licensed Realtor to perform Property Management services and to expand potential to grow Real Estate caree..

Agent must be available on regular basis to koversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of real estate laws, and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and property owners. This role requires a blend of organizational abilities and customer service expertise to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenant needs are met efficiently.

Duties

• Assist executive manger and te with all aspects of property operations, including completion of leasing documents, notices and renewals, maintenance, tenant relations, data entry and records.
• Communicate effectively with tenants to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales teams to market available properties and attract potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with real estate laws.
• Maintain accurate records of property activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to tenant inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of real estate law and administrative processes related to property management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Proficient in using property management software and tools for record keeping and reporting spevially Buildium, Zillow, mls
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service to both tenants and property owners.

Pay: From $24,000.00 per year
