What are the responsibilities and job description for the Career Coach position at Lake County DAC?
Support adult individuals who have developmental disabilities in their place of employment (Duluth area). Assist them to be as independent as possible and achieve their highest level of independence.
Provide transportation to and from their worksites (mileage reimbursement available).
