Career Counselor
Full-Time 40 hours per week
40,000-$45,000 / year DOE

Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing case management to job seekers from the community as well as from incarceration. Case plans focus on work readiness and program services to those who have challenges of getting or keeping employment. This position will be responsible for maintaining all required forms and records of all clients who access re-entry and career navigations services in our Career Navigation Centers. The primary duties of this position include individual coaching, job skills development, behavioral observation, and coordination with community resources. Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Mission Services to meet program needs.
