What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coord-Contract-Admin-FT-(Days) position at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital?
Oversight and management of the full contract process for all entities at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, including Physician Practices and Lake Cumberland Surgery Center. This position requires effective communication & collaboration with various departments, vendors, landlords, and physicians to effectively manage our contracts. In addition, time and project management will be necessary to update officers and managers on status through completion of contract. Compliance is critical and rules and regulations must be followed at all times.
Minimum Education
- Associates degree in a business or healthcare management field preferred, not required.
Minimum Work Experience
- Prior work experience in a professional business administration office is preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a way others can readily follow.
Ability to read and interpret effectively.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
