Title: Financial Assistant
Supervision: Finance Manager
Compensation: Part Time, 20 hours a week
Working Relationships: The Financial Assistant reports directly to the Finance Manager.
General Job Description: The Financial Assistant provides support to the Finance Manager. Must be able to effectively use Shelby database and QuickBooks software programs. Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a professional and effective manner.
Qualifications:

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Consistently interact with congregants and public with warmth and hospitality
· Able and willing to work with a servant attitude in a cooperative, team spirit.
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written
· Strong telephone skills
· Competent with QuickBooks and able to learn Shelby database software programs.
· Ability to operate business machines.
Primary Duties:
· Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager in clerical record keeping of donations and input into computer. Making necessary copies and maintaining records/files necessary.
· Other duties as assigned by Financial Manager.
