Job Title: Supervisor – Parking Lot

Reports To: Stadium Operations Manager
Position Type: Part-Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Position Overview:
The Parking Lot Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the parking lot to ensure efficient, safe, and orderly parking for customers and staff. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. The Parking Lot Supervisor will supervise parking lot attendants, coordinate lot maintenance, and enforce parking policies to maintain a positive and secure parking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision & Leadership:
Team Supervision & Leadership:
- Oversee parking lot attendants and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to parking staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Monitor staffing levels and staff placement to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to parking services.
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and efficient parking experience for all customers.
- Handle disputes or parking violations with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
Parking Lot Operations:
- Maintain order in the parking lot by ensuring proper traffic flow and parking space utilization.
- Daily check of parking signage
- Monitor parking lot for unauthorized vehicles and ensure compliance with all parking regulations.
- Assist in organizing special events and large crowds to ensure smooth parking lot operations.
Maintenance & Safety:
- Conduct regular inspections of the parking lot to ensure cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the area.
- Report any hazards, damages, or maintenance needs to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including emergency procedures and security measures.
Inventory & Reporting:
- Maintain and track inventory of parking equipment (e.g., handhelds, signage, barriers).
- Assist with the development of strategies for improving parking lot operations and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in parking operations, customer service, or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of parking lot management systems, safety regulations, and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in basic office software and ability to use parking management software
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and monitor parking lot activity for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting and physical tasks, such as setting up signage or barriers.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Shift work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Some physical demands, including standing, walking, and light lifting, are part of the job.
