Medical Director Opportunity
The Medical Director will oversee the medical direction of our programs, providing approximately 28 hours of direct care per week. This includes conducting medical evaluations and checks in our outpatient settings.
Our Medical Director serves as a Collaborating Physician and Supervisor for our Advanced Practice Nurses, ensuring high standards of medical practice are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active caseload
- Establish and enforce acceptable standards of medical practice
- Provide supervision and collaboration for Advanced Practice Nurses
- Manage medical staff and their caseloads
- Facilitate medical staff meetings and trainings
- Participate on the Risk Management Team
- Inform executive leadership of potential issues impacting services, revenue, or liability
Requirements:
- Board Certification
- Licensure in New Jersey
