Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated External Admissions & Marketing Liaison to drive our outreach and admissions efforts. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to increase awareness of our facility and support admissions growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for senior care, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase occupancy and brand awareness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources.
- Conduct external presentations, attend networking events, and participate in community outreach activities.
- Educate potential residents and families on the benefits of Lake Forest Senior Living and guide them through the admissions process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of referral sources, leads, and admissions progress.
