What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic Receptionist Pulmonology position at Lake Granbury Medical Center?
The Lakeside Physicians receptionist is expected to greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, and arranges for transportation services, when needed. Receptionists may operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls while relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. The receptionist works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions of a receptionist do not typically require exercising independent judgment. The receptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Education: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
