Job Summary
Lake Highland's Upper School seeks a College Counselor to assist in providing social, emotional, & academic support to students in the Upper School with a focus on preparing students for their transition into higher education. The ideal candidate possesses a genuine enthusiasm for working with students & helping them navigate an evolving college landscape; has a desire & ability to establish trusting, collaborative relationships; exhibits excellent time management & organizational skills; & demonstrates a commitment to supporting a growth mindset & continued ongoing professional development.

Education/Experience

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, or related area required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in college counseling required.
