Job brief
We are seeking a capable Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager for Lake Hill Apartments which is located in the vibrant Oakhurst community of Charlotte. The role of this position includes presenting and leasing apartments to prospective residents and assisting with the management of the property. The goal is scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates through effective communication on the telephone, by email and in person.
Responsibilities
- Present and market property to prospective residents
- Provide superior customer service to residents, vendors and guests
- Advertise available apartments using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Determine the needs of prospective residents
- Process applications using screening software and confirm rental application data
- Stay knowledgeable about the available apartments at the property
- Provide information on all aspects of the property
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect property periodically
Requirements
- Proven working experience of at least one year as a leasing agent, assistant manager or sales experience
- MS Office familiarity and the capability to learn Appfolio property management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
- Customer service orientation
