**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and manage the boat rental process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to rentals.
- Maintain and oversee rental inventory, ensuring boats are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
- Educate customers boat and watersport rental procedures
- Assist in promoting marina events, services and in retail store operations to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Weekends and holidays are part of every schedule during busy season in spring & summer.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreational services preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge, or the ability to learn, of boating safety practices and marine equipment is an advantage.
- Computer-proficiency is a must: we work with QB, private apps & the Microsoft 365
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
