Spring & Summer Position - Marina Retail Customer Service Staff
- Start dates in March & April of 2025, work through Labor Day weekend, holidays and weekends included in all shifts.

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for the summer season. As a member of our Marina's Ship Store, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience interacting with staff and all visitors to property.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with boat rentals & water sports bookings & check outs.
- Assist customers with retail sales, to include but not limited to: apparel, rentals, stays, snacks and more.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- More tasks as assigned by the Business Manager or Assistant Business Manager.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service / retail setting is a plus.
- Computer literate is a must.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license; boating certification preferred but not required.
