The Opportunity

The Lead Harvester is responsible for organizing resources and leading the harvest operation, drying and curing cannabis, cleaning and sanitizing dry rooms, maintaining and cleaning equipment, performing daily environmental checks, flipping rooms, and collecting samples for 3rd party testing. What You Get to Do
- Maintain a strong understanding of the METRC system and the ability to monitor and adjust live plant counts, bulk inventory, and complete data entry.
- Check moisture levels of each discrete harvest each day and record those results on the appropriate forms
- Create and/or destroy all plant tags within the METRC system daily.
- Monitor processes and ensure proper documentation of all room care logs, batch information and moisture levels. Ensure harvest wet and dry weights are accurate.
- Ensure routine temperature and humidity checks are complete and record on environmental log; report any conditions that are “out of spec” to management
- Prepare work areas for a harvest
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the dry/cure process to ensure safe, high-quality product.
- Place dried/cured flower into appropriate containers, ensure the proper number of humidity control packets are in the container and burp and gently mix each day
- Assist in flipping plants from veg to flower rooms
- Clean and sanitize harvest area, dry rooms including all equipment and racks with approved cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
- Assist the harvest team when necessary.
- Properly organize and monitor all bulk inventory.
- Assist the Inventory Manager in all other aspects of post cultivation operations and inventory control.
- Train Staff of standard operating procedures and maintain training records
- Perform other duties as directed by management

What Qualifies You
- Two (2) years general production in a regulated field producing product for human consumption; or any combination of experience/training as it relates to the position
- Cannabis manufacturing/production experience in a licensed facility preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis law
- High-level attention to detail and highly organized.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a mandated background check.
- Excellent personal hygiene
