Responsibilities
- Supervise and train teller staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and effectively resolving challenges presented by team members.
- Assist with annual review and performance improvement plans.
- Manage daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote financial products and services to enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct regular audits of cash drawers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in fraud prevention detection by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity.
- Maintain knowledge of financial services offerings to effectively educate customers.
- Perform opening or closing duties at the branch location.
- Collaborate with management in any area needed to ensure an efficient work environment.
