Job Title : Organizational Talent Development Intern
Primary Location : Grand Rapids, MI
Employee Status : Part Time Hourly
Estimated Hours / Week : 20-25, Starting in May 2025
About this Position :
The Organizational Talent Development Intern will be responsible for assisting with various department functions focusing on course coordination. They will also assist with analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation tasks related to learning and development.
What You'll be doing :
Assist with developing and executing comprehensive communication plans to facilitate clear, consistent, and transparent internal messaging.
Support learning and development reporting and analytics.
Assist in managing learning content on the LMCU learning management system.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the organization to create, update, and / or archive resources and guides.
Assist with employee development programs or workshops, as required. This may include skill gap analysis, designing, building, implementing, and evaluating learning solutions.
Facilitate discussions with small groups of participants to ensure knowledge transfer and application of skills.
What you'll bring :
Experience presenting to others and collecting, organizing, and analyzing data preferred.
College student freshman, sophomore, junior, senior or master level status or a recent college graduate within the last 3 months with a focus in a business related field is preferred.
3.0 GPA or greater.
