The Role: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON. You will assess, implement, and evaluate plans of care, adhering to standards of care for the area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the resident/patient care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers
- Supervise and oversee the delivery of care to ensure resident safety and well-being
- Follow North Shore's policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
Requirements:
- Licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Able to use necessary supplies and equipment
- Ability to relate positively with residents, families, and staff
- Demonstrated basic computer knowledge and ability
