Title: Bath and Racquet Attendant
Immediate Supervisor: Director of Fitness and Sports Performance
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: must be able to work weekends from 2PM-9PM and have flexibility to pick up other shifts as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
• Consistently provide great customer service to all members
• Responsible for opening or closing the Bath & Racquet facility
• Sweep floors as needed throughout the day
• Clean and straighten fitness room equipment after each guests’ use
• Understand how fitness equipment works and provide information about proper usage of all equipment when needed
• Continually stock towels in all areas
• Replenish supplies throughout facility
• Maintain cleanliness of facility, including bathrooms and steam rooms
• Keep pool furniture straightened and pool area clean
• Service members’ needs.
• Offer great customer service to all members.

• Sweep clay tennis courts
• Perform general maintenance of tennis courts and outside area, including pressure washing and blowing.
• Perform any additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
Essential physical requirements:
• This position includes (long periods of) climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling and repetitive motions
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work in hot conditions for long periods of time
• Must have ability to work in hot and muggy conditions on continuous basis
• Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions
• Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
