What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admitting Clerk position at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center?
Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm hours could vary due to need in department
Registers patients and processes related paperwork. Duties include interviewing patients, preparing standard registration forms, and performing other admission or transfer related tasks. Will need to be familiar with and able to follow federal guidelines such as HIPAA and ERISA.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) to twelve (12) months previous hospital experience preferred
