The Lake Placid Lodge is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front desk operation, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage online and phone reservations, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Register guests, collecting necessary information to ensure seamless service.
- Provide detailed information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Front Desk Agent or Receptionist.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to reliably commute to Lake Placid.
- Familiarity with hotel reservations software, like OPERA.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
