Responsibilities

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the medical or dental office setting.
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including managing correspondence and filing documents.
- Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and follow-up care as necessary.
Skills
