Front Office Receptionist

Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to join a company with room for growth? Lake Pointe Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is looking for a full-time medical front office receptionist. This position will check patients in and out, collect coinsurance, deductibles, copays, and previous balances. This position also helps answer phones and schedules appointments and assists other front office staff as needed.

Travel between our four office locations may be required, we have offices in Rockwall, Greenville, Kaufman, and Richardson.

Starting pay range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

Check patients in, scan ID and insurance cards, assist patients with our patient portal

Check Out, collect patient copays, deductibles, coinsurances, and previous balance

Schedule appointments, answer phones

Great customer service and phone etiquette

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications and insurance knowledge

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficiency in MS Office
