We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our small but mighty HR team! This role will focus on identifying and attracting top talent while fostering employee growth and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including orientation, and implementing learning and development strategies that empower employees to reach their full potential within the organization. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Development and implementation of career pathways for current employees.
- Management of Dual-Training Pipeline grant.
- Collaborate with students and prospective employees to create a pipeline of applicants to mitigate staffing shortages.
- Sourcing and engagement of candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, career fairs, networking).

Hours/Shifts
80 hours biweekly, day shifts.
Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $27.49-$34.52/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, market, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
- Education/Special Skills: To perform in this position satisfactorily requires a minimum Associates degree. Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field and 2 years of human resources experience. Healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Prefer experience with recruitment and retention including knowledge of recruiting techniques, social media platforms, and job boards.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, along with ability to operate various software programs. Requires excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and presentation skills.
- Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
- Requires ability to perform at an independent level with minimal direction; exercise good judgment and initiative; problem solves and makes decisions on a variety of situations. Ability to function effectively in stressful situations.
- Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
Salary : $27 - $35
