Description
The Wellness Trainer I will provide wellness training for all populations. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Encouraging positive performance from program participants and co-workers.
- Facilitating a healthy life style in program participants and co-workers.
- Maintaining an eye for detail to ensure proper day to day operations within the wellness program.
- Monitoring client’s response to wellness programs.
- Monitoring equipment operation and function.
- Assisting with clerical and cleaning duties as needed.
Hours/Shifts
32 hours biweekly
Compensation:
The hourly wage range for this role is $20.02-$27.06/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
- Education/Special Skills: A minimum of a four-year degree in a field of physical/athletic training or exercise science is preferred. Must have an employment history of athletic performance. This position requires current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months.
- Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
- Must be punctual in nature and capable of staying on schedule with patient care. Must be punctual in reporting to work.
- Must participate in required corporate responsibilities including safety training, competency training, and other activities required for employment at LRHC.
Salary : $20 - $27
