Lake Regional Health System is seeking a proactive, collaborative leader for our Director of Women's and Children's Service Line to join our leadership team. This leader would be responsible for providing personalized, high-quality care to our community through creating and maintaining a team to support our Family Birth Center. Our Director of Women's and Children's Service Line has an opportunity to provide mentorship and professional development to ensure effective succession planning.
What Are We Looking For?
An individual who has a current Missouri Registered Nurse licensure required with a BSN is preferred for this role. In addition, Lake Regional is looking for an individual who is seeking a collaborative care approach actively participating in our Family Birth Center. Providing twenty-four (24) hour administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the planning, operating, staffing, and coordinating of the Progressive Care Unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care! Management experience in a large, acute care setting is highly desired. Two years of experience in a leadership role is required.
