Overview: Responsible for operations at Mercy Hospital location. Develops plans to increase productivity, quality, innovation, and patient/coworker satisfaction. Communicates and collaborates with others to enhance teamwork, resolve problems and identifies opportunities to improve performance. Develops plans to improve performance regarding budget, iVantage and other benchmarks. Guides performance appraisals (AoS) include development plans for direct reports, managers, and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Five (5) years of healthcare leadership experience for those meeting degree requirements. In lieu of degree, 10 years of leadership experience in an applicable healthcare setting.
- Required Education: HS diploma and Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree, as outlined below.
- Preferred Education: Masters degree. (MBA, MHA, MPA preferred.)
