Lake Regional Health System is seeking a dedicated, professional Scheduling Coordinator to join our Gastroenterology Clinic who can provide excellent patient care for our community.
What Are We Looking For?
An individual who has an active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Clinic Medical Assistant (CCMA) credentials are desired. This individual will conduct pre-procedure assignments on assigned patients, ensuring an efficient and timely flow of patients through the hospital process. In addition, obtaining consent forms as appropriate and document appropriate information using approved forms and being accountable for completeness of chart preparation. We are looking for an individual who has an ability to multitask while remaining diligent on detail orientated tasks. 3 to 5 years of medical clinic scheduling is preferred for this role.
