Change Management Consultant
Hybrid – Local to Chicago / Part-time role (20 hrs. / week)
Lake Shore Associates (LSA) seeks a Change Management (CM) Consultant adept in spearheading global change management initiatives spanning diverse capabilities to expedite transformative endeavors. We prioritize candidates boasting a robust track record in crafting and executing change management using the Prosci and ADKAR framework. You will Identify impacts, develop personas, and build a plan from the current to the future state.
T he Skills You Bring
- Manage and implement core CM activities (change planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, process documentation, communications, and training materials).
- Facilitate change management tasks and the creation of deliverables.
- Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of awareness, performance, and readiness for change.
- Align key organizational stakeholders to the change.
- Partner with organizational leadership, communication, learning, and business support teams with integrated change management activities for all target audiences.
- Identify potential resistance areas of the affected audiences and create mitigation plans and activities to reduce project risks.
- Prepare comprehensive change and transition plans.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
