Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boats, personal watercraft, and marine equipment.
- Diagnose issues with marine engines, outboard motors, personal watercraft.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems effectively and implement solutions.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and component functions.
- Conduct inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any necessary follow-up actions.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in small engine repair or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to work on various makes, models, and years of boats/personal watercraft.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
