Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team of "Lifeguards" at Lake Stockton. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating resident care activities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services by an exceptional caregiving team. This is a full-time position with great benefits including free health insurance and opportunities for career growth.
Duties:
- Support the Director of Nursing in assuring quality care and services including: scheduling, clinical assessments, staff engagement, on-call, and other nursing administrative duties
- Collaborate with a professional health care team to develop and implement resident care plans
- Supervise and mentor nursing team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Strong knowledge of patient/resident care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work well within a team
