What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, clear technical support to employees in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Communicate technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining computer systems, software, and office tech equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues with support from senior IT staff.
- Help with the setup of new equipment
- Contribute to documentation of IT procedures and guides for users.
- Stay curious! Research new IT trends and tools and share your findings with the team.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal support processes.
- Currently pursuing a degree in any field (IT, Communications, Business, or related fields encouraged).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping people.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn how things work.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with computers (Windows or Mac), and willingness to explore more.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
