About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our clinical float pool team at Lake Tripoint Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on three inpatient units, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
* Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines
* Participate in unit-specific quality improvement initiatives and share best practices
Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience as a RN in a critical care setting
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* BLS certification (American Heart Association)
* ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
* NIHSS certification for stroke care
* Ability to work every other weekend and holiday
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
