Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Research Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in researching new services and products in the L&D sector, understanding organizational needs, learning about our current and potential Learning Management Systems (LMS), event planning and coordination, and developing leadership skills through active contributions in meetings.
What you’ll do
- Assist with classroom scheduling and preparation to ensure smooth training sessions.
- Participate in the "Walk a Mile" shadowing program, gaining insights into different roles within the organization.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Wavemakers events to foster team engagement and development.
- Assess learning gaps and needs for the upcoming generation of team members and contribute ideas for new classes and training programs.
- Conduct research on new LMS options and professional development and compliance vendors, and propose actionable recommendations based on findings.
