Position available for Part-Time office manager/bookkeeper. Average of 20 hours per week with seasonal adjustment. Must have working knowledge of accounting principles including payroll, taxes and financial statements, Experience in QuickBooks, and ability to learn software applications quickly. Knowledge of Club Profit a plus. $17-$20/hour.
Lakeview Country Club is the area’s premier golf course in scenic North East, PA. The club features exceptional dining and social opportunities. As the office manager/bookkeeper you will play a pivotal role in the member experience while supporting valued staff and vendors.
Essential duties:
Make accurate entries for daily sales, A/R & A/P
Prepare payroll file
Pay sales tax
Create invoices for special events
Balance bank statements
Monitor accuracy of financial statements
Prepare financial statements as needed
Monitor small games of chance
Vendor management
Other duties:
Must be able to work within a professional and office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb stairs occasionally.
Must be able to operate office equipment, computer, printers, copiers, etc., which includes all
physical abilities required for data input.
Must be able to communicate effectively by both written and oral means.
Must be able to comprehend and analyze accounts.
Must be able to analyze and comprehend invoices.
Must be able to work effectively under pressure of deadlines.
Must maintain a very high level of accuracy at all times, despite interruptions.
Must have flexibility in schedule to accommodate payroll.
