The Maintenance Person plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. This position involves performing a variety of maintenance and custodial tasks to ensure a functional facility. A general knowledge of building and/or vehicle maintenance is preferred.
Duties:
- Work individually and on teams to complete specific projects as assigned.
- Lawn Maintenance.
- Execute painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
- General Cleaning and trash removal.
- Must be willing to work in all departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Experience in painting techniques and practices.
- Excellent guest service skills to interact positively with guests and tenants.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and move 75 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly move about our facility where standing, sitting, bending, and lifting to 75 pounds is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed
