About the Role:
Our training program is designed to prepare you for a leadership position within one of our veterinary hospitals. As a Manager in Training, You'll rotate through various departments and work closely with hospital managers and regional leaders to learn every aspect of veterinary operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to building strong hospital culture and team engagement
- Participate in training initiatives, workshops, and development plans
- Travel to various hospitals across Houston to gain broad experience and insight
Who You Are:
- A natural leader with a passion for veterinary care and client service
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn
- Experienced in veterinary, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person
- Willing and able to travel across the greater Houston area (Conroe to Santa Fe and anywhere in between) and relocate for final placement if needed

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect an excellent starting salary commensurate with experience plus annual bonus eligibility.
