We are seeking a Verizon Client Relations Trainee to join our customer-centric sales and outreach team. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with prospective customers on behalf of our client, Verizon, ensuring they have the best experience with Verizon’s services and products. As a Verizon Client Relations Trainee, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our potential customers, facilitating the enrollment process and ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction is met.
Verizon Client Relations Trainee Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients within an assigned territory
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs while simultaneously executing sales presentations tailored to each individual customer.
- Identify and recommend additional Verizon products and services that would benefit the customer, such as new data plans, equipment, or advanced solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including service issues, billing information, and product recommendations.
- Work closely with the sales, technical, and support teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and to anticipate potential service challenges.
- Participate in regular team meetings, sharing client feedback and providing insights into client needs and trends.
Verizon Client Relations Trainee Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Some experience in account management, customer service, or sales support preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot common telecom-related issues and understand networking concepts.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products/services to business clients while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to clients.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and demands.
- Willingness to continuously learn about new Verizon products, services, and industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

- Weekends as needed

- Cleveland, OH: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
