DISHWASHER
The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized environment, ensuring that glassware and service areas remain in top condition. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to the overall guest experience.
THE DUTIES OF A DISHWASHER WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING : ?
- Wash and sanitize glasses efficiently to meet the tasting room's service needs.
- Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Engage with guests by assisting bartenders during busy periods, ensuring all guest needs are met.
- Take out trash and recycling as needed, ensuring disposal areas remain organized and clean.
- Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas, including dishwashing station and storage areas.
- Assist in organizing glassware and other service items to support smooth operations.
- Track and replenish bar supplies to avoid interruptions during service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a sanitary work environment.
- Provide support for winery events, tastings, and private functions as needed.
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by Management.
