POSITION TITLE: Crisis Services Supervisor (Full-Time)
JOB SUMMARY: The Crisis Services Supervisor is responsible for general administration and supervision of the Crisis Services Program to assure quality, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness in the delivery of crisis mental health services in a 3-county area. This position could be located in either Fergus Falls or Moorhead.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university. Two (2) years experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness required; two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
SALARY RANGE: $51,425 – $77,408 per year
