LAKELAND MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, Fergus Falls, MN, is seeking a full-time Crisis Services Supervisor. This position could be located in either Moorhead or Fergus Falls. This position is responsible for general administration and supervision of the Crisis Services Program to assure quality, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness in the delivery of crisis mental health services in a 3-county area. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university. Two (2) years experience working with individuals with mental illness required; two (2) years supervisory experience preferred. Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage also required.
