POSITION TITLE: School-Based Mental Health Practitioner (Part-Time, with potential to become Full-Time)
JOB SUMMARY: The School-Based Mental Health Practitioner provides mental health support services, such as academic enhancement, crisis assistance, behavior improvement, referral services, and employment assistance, to students and their families, under general direction of the Children’s Services Supervisor. This position works in the New York Mills school setting.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 4000 hours of supervised mental health experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience. Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage required.
SALARY RANGE: $20.60 – $29.92 per hour
