Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring the availability of supplies and parts for our dealership. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Interact with the customer on the phone
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Enter Sales Orders for Supply Orders
- Inventory Control of all company sites
- Receiving of Supplies and Equipment
- Purchasing of Parts and Supplies
- Manage outgoing UPS shipments daily
- Fulfill Car Stocks
- Ability to drive company-owned vans for Local Supply Deliveries
- Pull and stage equipment for setup
- Some lifting required
- Other Tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills, and a Positive Attitude with a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to join a Team Atmosphere
- Ability to manage and prioritize assignments and respond to rapidly shifting priorities
- Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft OS (Windows 10)
- Familiarity with warehouse management practices and inventory control systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
