Processes documents to ensure timely payments to vendors. Completes document maintenance, as required. Prepares daily system balancing reports. Maintains confidentiality and privacy; adheres to HIPAA standards. Organizes job function and work assignments to be able to effectively complete assignments within established time frames. Demonstrates knowledge of all equipment and systems/technology necessary to complete duties and responsibilities. Demonstrates continuous improvement so that optimum outcomes are achieved. - Processes approved documents for subsequent payment to vendors
- Completes document maintenance, as required.
- Prepares daily system balancing reports.
- Interacts with vendors and department heads/designees to ensure an uninterrupted flow of documents.
- Assists in the orientation of new staff, ensuring the exchange of appropriate information necessary for the successful performance of duties and responsibilities.
