Position Summary
Summary:
Works under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition. Supports the new hire, pre-employment, and onboarding process. Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Standard Work Duties: Coordinator - Talent Services
- Actively participate in team development, achieving dashboards, and accomplishing department goals and objectives.
- Support the pre/post employment process for new employees, volunteers, contractors, and students.
- Communicate with new hires and Talent Acquisition Consultants regarding clearance status, changes or special circumstances.
- Responsible for newhire, rehire, and transfer file documentation according to policies and compliance regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, e-verify, applicable verifications, I-9 documents, fingerprints, background reports, references, and onboarding communications.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scheduling, copying, faxing, scanning, filing, calling, emailing, and document preparation.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Essential:
- High School or Equivalent
- Associate Degree
Other information:
Experience Essential: Two years related experience; will consider equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Experience Preferred: Two years healthcare Human Resources experience
Certifications Essential: Per department or hospital requirements and relevant policies
