Replenishes all exchange carts, utilizing linen software tracking system, monitor inventory levels. Must identify opportunities for, and contribute to, the improvement of quality, safety and cost as well as patient, customer and employee satisfaction.

- Restock exchange carts to pre-determined levels so that linen is available to customers when needed.
- Operate inventory equipment and enters data regarding linen usage correctly, so that data provided to using area(s) is accurate. Upload/download programing from the main computer as instructed by the linen vendor.
- Prepare call-in linen orders in a timely manner to ensure availability for delivery.
- Perform quality control to each item handled to ensure that linen items that are unacceptable will be rejected.
- Assists with preparation of items for use on linen carts to ensure that needed items are available to replenish exchange carts and to minimize down time.
- Organize job functions and work assignments to be able to effectively complete assignments in established time frames to ensure department needs are met
- Demonstrate knowledge of all equipment, systems and technology to complete duties and responsibilities.
