Duties
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including oil changes, brake repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service delivery.
- Stay updated on vehicle maintenance trends and best practices.
Skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures.
- Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance processes, including oil changes and brake repair.
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair and related systems such as air brakes and shocks/struts.
- Experience in service writing to document customer requests accurately.
- Understanding of auto body repair techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
